He is a United States Marine Corps veteran, a recovering marathon runner, and an Optimist Club "Boy of the Year" in the 8th grade!

Since founding Roy Lantz Seminars (then known as Human Resource Dynamics) in 1986, Roy has worked with organizations and individuals from South America to Australia, from Europe to the Caribbean.  A Marine Corps veteran, Roy lives outside Atlanta in Marietta, Georgia, with his wife Bonnie.
